We’ve put the leading surfacing materials to the test against our Resin Bound stone. From instant drainage to crack resistance, see how the ‘old way’ stacks up against the new standard in permeable paving. The results are clear…
Don’t settle for gray slabs that crack and flood. Resin bound surfacing replaces the industrial look of concrete with a seamless natural stone finish, engineered to drain water instantly and withstand Florida’s heat without fading or settling.

Unlike concrete or asphalt that scorch in the sun, our resin bound stone allows air to circulate, keeping the surface significantly cooler. It’s smooth enough for bare feet and safe enough for sensitive paws, even in the middle of summer.

Absolutely. Our system is fully permeable, meaning water drains instantly through the surface and into the ground below. This eliminates standing water and dangerous hydroplaning puddles on your driveway. It’s designed to handle heavy tropical downpours without flooding.
Yes, in most cases! Because resin bound surfacing provides a high-end, natural stone aesthetic rather than an industrial look, architectural review boards usually love it. Plus, many Florida HOAs are now requiring permeable surfaces to help with community drainage. We can even provide samples and specifications to help you with your application.
No. We use a premium UV-stable resin (Aliphatic resin) that locks in the natural color of the stone. Unlike cheaper epoxy coatings you might see on garage floors which turn yellow in the sun, our driveway and pool deck surfaces are impervious to UV damage and will stay vibrant for years.
Very little! Because the surface is seamless, there are no gaps for weeds or ants to grow through (unlike pavers). You can say goodbye to weeding and re-sanding. To keep it looking new, simply hose it down or give it a light pressure wash once a year to remove dust and pollen.
This is one of our biggest advantages over concrete. Because the surface is “permeable” (meaning it has tiny voids for air and water), air circulates through the stone, keeping it significantly cooler than solid concrete or asphalt. It is comfortable for bare feet and pet paws, even in the middle of summer.
Our resin bound system is incredibly durable. Unlike concrete, which is rigid and prone to cracking when the ground shifts or temperatures change, our resin has a slight flexibility that allows it to withstand thermal expansion and contraction. It is engineered to last 15+ years with proper maintenance.
Safety is our top priority. We add a specialized anti-slip aggregate to the mix for pool decks and walkways. This creates a textured grip that is safe for wet feet, making it an ideal choice for families with children or seniors.
Not necessarily! If your existing concrete or asphalt driveway is structurally sound (no major sinking or tree root damage), we can often install our resin bound system directly over the top. This is called an “overlay,” and it saves you money on demolition and keeps heavy debris out of the landfill.
Our pool decks are naturally anti-slip and stays significantly cooler than concrete in the Florida sun.
